Previously, private aircraft operators were not subject to meeting TSA security screening requirements. Now, with the recently passed "Private Charter Security Rule" by TSA, all private aircraft that fall under CFR parts 125, 135 and soon part 91 - those with takeoff weight greater than 12,500 lbs - must ensure all passengers and accessible baggage are screened prior to boarding the aircraft. Such requirements can seem disruptive and intrusive to corporate passengers - VIPs such as professional athletes, C-level corporate executives, independent professionals, celebrities, and others - and many private aircraft operators are still struggling to become compliant while maintaining superior client service and minimal disruption. As co-founder of Premier Corporate Security Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to the training program. Eric has a BS in Police Administration, and seven years as a Michigan State Trooper working extensively with Presidential and VIP escorts. Eric has 15 years of flight experience, extensive international experience under part 91 and is a Part 125 Check airman for DC-9/MD83s. Eric's law enforcement background - blended with his experience in corporate aviation - brings a wealth of knowledge to the PCS training program and its clients.
